7.6/10 Good! (3,558 reviews)
The room was spotless! I think I may have been the first person to stay in it since it was remodeled. Unfortunately, the low score would be for the lobby and elevators. The carpet was old pulling apart filthy. The carpets need replacement.à Same in the elevator. I almost.cancelled but decided to check the room. The staff were very nice. The remote in the room was not programmed and the engineer wanted to come to the room to reprogram. Nope--not late at night so only one channel. Should have been programmed and checked when the room was completed--especially for what they were charging over Labor Day. Lots of restaurants in the area.
